• From the very first second, AT was nothing but kind & a true pleasure to work with! I had searched and searched and been told "No," on the verge of being homeless. Done Deal was my final hope! AT never once judged the situation, while working hard and fast to find the BEST new home for us. Her and her team are very persistent and thorough, and worked diligently to get this done by our deadline. I know in my heart AT & Done Deal are blessings from God that I'll always be forever grateful for. 🙏 If you have trouble finding housing because of a past record or bad credit, etc Done Deal is the perfect solution & business to get you HOME! I would highly recommend asking for AT to help you through the process. She is nothing short of amazing. 😊 Thank you again so so much to AT & everyone at Done Deal that made this new Home possible and for also being so genuinely kind when we needed it the most!!

• Done Deal Cosign is amazing!!!!! My consultant Takiyah went above and beyond for me and my family. Takiyah never gave up on us, after applying to 2 different properties and finding out that I had more on my background than I was aware of she didn’t give up hope. When I found a property that was willing to accept me and my family there was nothing available and I needed a place ASAP. We talked/texted everyday even if it was to just check in on me and see how things were going. After a long 2-3 weeks process of trying to find a place we finally found one and it took a little while longer than expected due to the holiday but I was able to move in and now we are settling in our new place all thanks to Takiyah and her persistence and dedication. I can’t thank her enough for all that she has done all the way to praying to God that everything works out. My children, grandchildren and myself are forever grateful to you Takiyah and Done Deal Cosign. Thank you again for everything.

• Miss Tykia is the best supervisor as in with Done Deal. She helped me in a very un stressful way because I was stressed out when I was trying to get help moving for breaking a lease. Miss Tykia ain’t taking no time to get me in and approved and they only took like literally three days.

• If I can explain this beautiful soul from God himself, name Mrs. Takihya when I tell you she is a blessing to me baby she is a huge blessing to me and my kids, I love this lady so much she helped me out and so many ways I can't explain. I'm from another state don't know anything about here in Texas on they housing authority, she made sure I got my keys today to my new place, this sweet soul need a crown cause she the QUEEN of helping out people in her field of work, Done Deal is a wonderful program for the Texas family in need. I will refer whoever needs help with living situations to go through them. Great program I'm blessed to got that phone call from her..🙏🏽

• This review is way overdue! I hope its not too late to give a huge THANKS to Tina and everyone working at DoneDeal. Tina is an amazing amazing lady, she helped me and my husband get an apartment which also helped us fix our credit and rental history. I wish I wrote this review sooner but I unfortunately was dealing with Cancer. • I got my keys today, and for me it was a longer journey but that was mostly on me. My Done Deal "advocate" is what I call her (Takiyah) was amazing. Every step of the way she was available to help, she was fast about getting anything on that side done. She was fast to answer and reply to any questions or concerns I had across whatever outlet I reached out to including text, calls, and emails. Which in itself is amazing, because I'm a busy working mom, that goes to school. I don't always have time to be consistent in one form of communication. When I had personal hiccups she was encouraging, and didn't let me get discouraged. From the very first time I spoke to her, she assured me that everything would be okay (& I was in a state of panic & tears everywhere). Having not ever been in such a position she helped me navigate it right away & she's truly amazing and I can tell she genuinely wants to be the bridge to provide the help that's needed.
