Some Partner Properties also review non-violent records case by case, so tell your Counselor about your full situation up front. We cannot promise how any property will decide, and we will tell you honestly where you stand.
Fees and the 7-day refund
There are two fees: an Initial Fee and a Lease Assurance Fee. The amounts depend on your rental history and the Partner Property's rates, and your Counselor explains them before you commit. If you are not pre-approved within 7 days, the Initial Fee is refunded.
