SMS and Messaging Terms

These terms apply to text messages from Done Deal Cosign to the mobile number you give us. They are part of our Terms of Use.
What we send
If you agree to be contacted, we text you about your application: updates and follow-ups from Done Deal Counselors. Some texts are sent automatically from our phone and messaging systems, and others are written and sent one-to-one by a Counselor. We do not send marketing texts.
Consent
By ticking the consent box or choosing Yes, I agree, you agree to receive these texts at the number you gave us. Consent to texts is not required to use our services. You can opt out at any time.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Done Deal does not charge for texts.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to opt out. You may get one last message confirming it.
- Reply HELP for help, or call 713-992-3000.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
