Done Deal Cosign helps renters who need a second chance find apartments at Partner Properties. We are not a landlord, lender, credit bureau, or law firm. Information on this site, including chat answers, is general information and not legal, financial, or credit advice.

Approval decisions are made by the Partner Property. Sending a request or paying a fee does not promise approval, and we cannot promise the outcome or timing of any application.

A Counselor explains any fees to you before you commit to anything. Your Initial Fee is refundable if you decide not to choose a Partner Property within the review period in your agreement. Once you choose a Partner Property, the Initial Fee is refunded if you are not pre-approved within the review period in your agreement. If this page and your signed agreement differ, your agreement controls.

• Give accurate information and keep it current.
• Be at least 18 and only share your own information, or information you have permission to share.
• Do not misuse the site or try to break or bypass it.

When you send a request or chat with us, you agree that Done Deal may call, text, or email you about your application. Texts are covered by our SMS Terms, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out of them. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it. The site and its content belong to Done Deal Cosign. We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Texas law, and disputes will be brought in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
