Are there fees?

Yes: an Initial Fee and a Lease Assurance Fee. The amounts are based on your individual credit and rental history, plus your Partner Property's rates. You complete our qualifying forms first, then pay the Initial Fee. If you're not pre-approved within 7 days, your Initial Fee is refunded.
