- Some properties would like to help as much as possible, but if discrepancies arise you may be declined and often lose your application fees, administration fees, and sometimes a hold deposit, all non-refundable. Our service is pre-approval or your money back!

- Once you use our service, as long as you pay the rent on time and obey the rules, you can renew or move to other Partner Properties with low or minimal additional fees.
